Michele is responsible for managing all new business opportunities with prospective clients and managing relationships with existing clients. She heads our business development team who ensures a smooth and efficient planning and implementation process of all strategies developed for our clients. Business development supports our sales and client services teams through case planning and product recommendation, managing underwriting, suitability, and the asset transfer processes, and preparing all deliverables.
Michele has been an integral part in the development and growth of Paradigm Financial Group and its subsidiaries. She has worked with Dave Kozak & Matt McCarter since the onset, and has been thoroughly involved in every aspect of the company. This has allowed her to gain comprehensive experience in, and knowledge of, all products and services we offer—a critical asset in her role.
Michele is an avid lover of music. From classic rock and indie folk bands, to jazz and house music, there’s not much she doesn’t listen to. Living in Philadelphia, she has ample opportunity to catch a concert or live local band every night of the week. Her favorite, however, are the classic rock concerts, which always involve her dad jamming right beside her.
