SECURE DOCUMENT UPLOAD INSTRUCTIONS
- Include FIRST and LAST NAME in the file name. (ie: Mary Smith)
- Create ONE MASTER FILE instead of multiple files. This will ensure that your documents are retrieved as a unit, so we can process them more efficiently. (We can accept PDF, Word and Excel file types)
- ZIP and JPEG file uploads are NOT supported here. Zip files can be sent via password-protected email ONLY.
